When Christmas Barfed

While I was working on my contribution for the December PixelScrapper blog train, I made what was, IMHO, a really ugly paper in Christmas colours. Then I decided to make some more of them! Because, Christmas time is famous for really ugly sweaters and some other colour/pattern combos that make an onlooker wonder what the heck the designer was thinking!

So, without further ado, this is what I think it would look like if Christmas barfed all over someone's house!

(And, just to make things clear, I mean the title of this kit very humorously. I am a Christian, and I certainly mean no disrespect of this holiday. I more or less mean to poke fun at the consumerism of this holiday, which I think anyone can appreciate. So, I hope I have not offended anyone.)

  2. Are you sure you're not Spanish? I understand that mood perfectly, I also gives me laugh that consumerist desire of the Christmas season. Christmas lately seems to start earlier and earlier and in November, and as you say, there are shops that look like the house of horrors.
For years I do at home gifts for my family and friends. Strawberry jam with champagne, orange Grand Marnier, glazed chestnuts, (Marrons Glace) and other Christmas sweets, shortbread, butter, marzipan, nougat ... raise them blood sugar at all :).
I also like making natural soaps, cosmetics and therapeutic preparations, massage oil, salves, lip balm ... things like that.
To wrap all these tidbits use your designs. This year the gifts have been more beautiful than ever, I hung all the boxes of tree branches and each was carrying was his, the reusable, fold and put them on the following year to decorate trees home.
In my blogg can see links to many sites that do this kind of bags and boxes which I speak to you, http://losjabonesderosih.blogspot.com.es/p/presentacion.html
    kisses
